Frank's vision is to first reach those in his own community, build them into an awesome local church, and export the "sound" of that house throughout the earth. This has resulted in the establishment and growth of a contemporary, culturally relevant church, and the ministry of OCC extends throughout many nations of the world. Henry About: Chris is a southern belle with a northern heart. After earning her business degree, she left South Carolina for the mission fields of Brazil, where she eventually met her husband, Frank. Chris has a strong teaching gift, a love for prayer and for God’s people, and a tremendous sense of humour! She has co-pastored Oshawa Community Church with Frank since their marriage in 1994, and together with their two beautiful girls, they are a much loved family and ministry team.
	Les Lamb Associate Pastor Responsibilities: Small groups pastor, visitor care, general pastoral duties, administration Favourite food: Mexicano! About: Les originally hails from Edmonton, Alberta, so he actually thinks Oshawa has short, mild winters and some great scenery. He loves to be with his wife of 13 years, and his two darling girls. He also likes to laugh at his dog, who is called Louie when he behaves, and “BBQ” when he doesn't. Les’s two greatest challenges are growing hair and overcoming gravity. 	Yvonne Lamb Children's Pastor Responsibilities: Administrating and overseeing children's ministries. Favourite Food: Beef Gyro. Coffee: Any kind of flavoured coffee, double cream. Favourite Quote: "Even with a minority of one, the truth is still the truth." - Ghandi. About: Yvonne is a true Oilers fan, but doesn’t miss the long, cold Alberta winters. She loves the simple things in life, like a child’s belly laugh and a great picture that captures a child’s innocence. She is a scrapbooker, and Les, her husband, has recurring nightmares where he awakes to find himself pasted into one of her scrapbooks. She loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters, to use creative ways to teach others, and is always amazed at how God can move and change a life so beautifully.
	Valdir Felicio Associate Pastor Responsibilities: Family Life Ministries Pastor, bookkeeper, general pastoral duties Favourite Food: BBQ (South Carolina style) Coffee: Starbucks - bold, 2 sugars, 2 skim milk, and cinnamon. But whatever I have placed in God's hands, that I still possess." -Martin Luther About: Valdir is a tremendous part of team OCC. He is wise, focused, dedicated, and lots of fun. Valdir and his wife Alessandra are natives of Brazil, and their coming and calling to Canada was nothing short of miraculous. If you let them tell you the story, you'll probably feel like you've known them all your life. They make everyone they meet feel welcome and loved, and OCC wouldn't be the same without them. Together, they reside in Oshawa with their son and daughter.
	Alessandra Felicio Associate Pastor Responsibilities: Family Life Ministries Pastor, general pastoral duties Favourite Food: A thick, juicy Brasilian steak, especially if it's made by my husband, and all kinds of seafood. Coffee: Not too strong, with lots of sugar and cream. Favourite Quote: “When a train goes through a tunnel and it gets dark, you don’t throw away your ticket and jump off. You sit still and trust the engineer.” Corrie ten Boom About: In addition to her busy life as a math teacher and mother of two, Alessandra loves to be in God's house, around God's people. A native of Brazil, she is a gifted communicator and natural "people person." She loves to travel with her family, and finds action movies soothing to go to sleep to. Fun Fact: She has spent $75 so far, paying to see movies during which she falls asleep in the first 10 minutes, only to ask all about the movie when it's over!
	Frances Coker Communications Director Responsibilities: Pastoral communications assistant, graphic design, Encounter Retreat administration, prayer clinic ministry manager Favourite Food: Variety! Just about anything real! Coffee: Presently converting to herbal teas Favourite Quote: "You can do it all, but you can't do it all at once." About: Working at OCC is the best job I have ever had! Although my tasks seem to change regularly, serving God is the greatest adventure in the world. If I am being effective in helping change lives for Christ I consider that the best job title. Now that I’m the oldest staff member and I still have my hair, hopefully I’ve learned a few things! All for Jesus!
	Phil Jean Youth Director Responsibilities: Youth Group, High School Ministry, Administration, and anything else asked of me. That way, by the time they find out about it, you're a mile away....and you have their shoes." -Unknown. About: Phil is from Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick, and moved here at the age of 13. When he came to Oshawa, he did not know a single word of English, (and he is still trying to learn it ;-)). Phil loves music, skate boarding, snow boarding, and anything else that looks dangerous. She’s new to this fine country and is in for the first real winter of her life. Fun Fact: Christin is a proud owner of 70 scarves and hopes to own 111 by her birthday, Feb. 11th. (All donations accepted.) This witty, freckle faced, red head girl loves to laugh and make people laugh. She relishes in spontaneous adventures and cherishes quality time with family and friends, for it is refreshing to her soul.
